I am an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a professional and dedicated approach to my career. I have total above 10 years experience in Human Resources and out of which 3+ years experience in managing HR for Overseas, specifically UK, Europe and US. I am managing HR for UK, Europe, Middle East, Japan and other overseas offices in my current role. My experience covers all the disciplines across HR, including the development of compensation and benefit policies and packages, together with performance management procedures to attract, develop and retain staff. This experience and knowledge also includes recruitment, induction, skills training and the development of employee relations policies and procedures. Key skills also include HR strategy and policy development; the development and management of a global HR shared services facility; organisational restructuring and downsizing, working across cultural boundaries, reward strategies and the quantitative analysis of HR issues.These skills have been obtained in a number of organizations both in India and in the UK.Specialties: I have a broad base of knowledge and practical experience in all aspects of HR Management, specialized in International HR Management.
