As Supervisor of Patient Coordination for the "5 star rated" My Bariatric Solutions at Wise Health System, I am ultimately responsible for ensuring that patients receive customer service above and beyond their expectations at all times. I supervise 8 advocates, and 2 coordinators. In supervising advocates, I ensure that all calls are handled in the most efficient way possible by providing well over 90 days of training and continued follow-ups and re-training when necessary. These calls total approximately 3000-4000 monthly as we receive calls for all clinic locations, our mobile unit and 3 providers. As a coordinator, it is my job to assist the patient through the process of bariatric surgery with items such as their educations, insurance, financing, diets, the many questions and anxieties and then as a support for life during their after care.
