Account lead for a customer's multi-modal supply chain. In 2017, I took lead on the planning and implementation of a new transportation management system. This programming allowed my customer's ERP to consolidate orders throughout the country. This system currently provides $20,000 in weekly savings due to mode and route optimization. In 2016, I provided over $600,000 in cost saving opportunities to my customer. Internally consulted on an 8 member team to create firm's new Talent Acquisition Strategy for global recruitment. I served as the Talent On-boarding Coordinator. I provided training and mentorship to new team members each month.
