Co-owner of independent grocery stores in central Virginia, providing strategy, finance and administration to the ownership team.Involved in commercial real estate and entrepreneurial ventures since 1984. Currently co-own and operate several real estate projects in central Virginia, including the Historic King Lumber Building, South River Mill, Crozet Shopping Center, Rivanna Plaza and Main and Tenth.Mark founded his first company, ECorp Management Associates in 1991 providing real estate services to property owners and tenants, managing over one million square feet of property, transacting over 350 leases worldwide and selling or acquiring over $124M in property for clients. He formed his first Virginia company, Rivanna Plaza LLC, a real estate development venture, in 2007. He branched out to the grocery business in 2016.He's been involved in board level roles in various non-profits and small businesses since 1995, including serving as Chairman of The Charlottesville Venture Group and bringing Startup Weekend to Virginia. He's a strong supporter of the central Virginia entrepreneurial community.
