This innovative system empowered employees with real-time visibility into their attendance records while providing managers with comprehensive insights into team adherence to our return-to-office policies. By automating data collection and analysis, this solution streamlined attendance management, improved compliance, and empowered data-driven decision-making regarding workforce allocation and office utilization.

With my promotion, also came additional responsibility managing our University Recruiting team.Designed and implemented robust data-driven dashboards and reports, monthly executive reports, all while leveraging Rippling's reporting capabilities to track key recruiting metrics. These reports provided actionable insights into team performance, candidate pipeline health, and hiring velocity, empowering data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.Scaled and optimized the recruiting coordination function, implementing a queue-based model, a dedicated ticketing system, and leveraging global resources. These strategic initiatives streamlined scheduling processes, improved response times, and ensured efficient allocation of resources, enabling the team to scale effectively and meet growing hiring demands.

As the Manger of Recruiting Operations, I take a bird's eye view of how our tools and processes work together from the time a candidate applies all the way until their first day of New Hire Orientation. My most important job is investing in the growth and development of my operations and coordination team that sit across the globe.
