CurrentAs the Business Development Manager at DIME, I drive strategic growth and oversee the expansion of our operations across multiple states and internationally. Leading efforts to scale from three states (CA, AZ, OK) to eight (including NM, NV, MT, MA, and NY), I also successfully relaunched our presence in Canada.My role encompasses the full spectrum of business development, including spearheading hiring, recruitment, and training initiatives to build high-performing teams in new markets. I’ve implemented key Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent operations and success across regions, while optimizing our processes for expansion.
