Provide leadership and project management support to the KeyMaker Project to include: Providing life-cycle Configuration Management support (CM), Independent Verification and Validation support (IV&V), change control, status accounting, testing and data management.Supervise and manage the KeyMaker IV&V and CM effort, with authority to resolve issues that may be raised by the IV&V and CM tasks and processes.Manage the day-to-day planning, project scheduling, operation and problem solving.Provide the communication between the program management and the team.Support Technical Working Group, Configuration Control Boards, project development, system trouble reports, requirements and testing meetings.Establish, receive, update, and maintain data relating to requirements, open issues, testing results, and project information and the traceability of such for the graphical interface, database, plug-ins, and integrated device components of KeyMaker.Provide requirements analysis on project components.Track, inventory and ship equipment, laptops and devices.Prepare project plans to include CM Plan, IV&V Plan, Requirements Document, Testing Plans, Test Procedures and Test Reports.Prepare and maintain project designs, standard operating procedures, drawings of communication paths of devices, and supporting documentation.Research and implement tools to support configuration management, requirements, and testing of KeyMaker project.Test the integration of devices, from various vendors.Verify and validate that the software, database, plug-ins, and device integrations are developed in accordance with defined and undefined requirements and design documents.Develop and execute test cases, and procedures to fully exercise software, database, plug-ins, and devices.Troubleshoot, document, and manage issues found from testing KeyMaker components.Manage the Seapine centralized database for KeyMaker documentation, software trouble reports and requirements.

Provided configuration management support to the SIGMA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project to include: Providing life-cycle configuration management support including configuration identification; change control, status accounting, configuration audits, and data management.Managed the documentation of all system changes including Functional and Technical Design Specifications, Business and Technical Function Scripts, and Requests for Change.Facilitated and managed internal Technical Configuration Control Board (TCCB), SIGMA Configuration Control Board (SCCB) and Production Review meetings and followed through on any discrepancies or additional procedures in order for changes to move through the various environments.
