As Amdocs is one of their clients, I was deputed at Amdocs, PuneResponsibilities include: I was a part of the Subcontracting Team and had a dual role mainly hiring of contractors and invoicing for India.Recruitment & Hiring Process:• Hiring contractors for Short Term• Ensuring that the contracts of Non PO contractors are renewed as and when required• Responsible to maintain on boarding documents for new entrants. • Co-coordinating with the HR and background check company. Keeping a track of the background check reports & documents as per the check list Conversion process:• Handling conversion requests of contractors who need to be converted into Regular full-time Amdocs employee. • Ensuring that the Managers share the Business case ,CV and raise the Conversion OLF• Approving the online form at 1st First level after verifying the eligibility for conversion as per agreement with vendor• Negotiating with the vendors for getting the NOC • Completing document verification activity with the vendor • Ensuring that online form is finally approved by RMG and required documents are in place before forwarding the conversion to recruitment team for closure.MIS & Analysis:• Database management• Hiring Reports• Weekly & Monthly Dashboard publicationManaging the Exit Process: • Co-ordinating with the HR & vendor in completing the exit formalities.• Resignation/Release and confirmation on LWD of the contractor Handling end - to end invoicing process for India.• Time & Material Invoices• Travel Invoices• Overtime Invoices

Also hired for ACD (Automated Clearing Division) mainly for Performance Testing, Manual Testing, BI/BO, Sap HR, Sap Fico.
