I also troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues, monitor and report on the service-level agreements, and share my knowledge and expertise with my colleagues and customers.I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from College of Engineering and Management Punnapra, and a Diploma of Education in Computer Software Engineering from Carmel Polytechnic College. I have also earned the cPanel Professional and System Administrator certifications, demonstrating my proficiency and skills in Linux and cPanel.
