-Manage a team responsible for physical clearing of all natural gas and crude oil transactions completed on NGX -Responsible for all customer service aspects of NGX's customer base- Ensure validation and publication of NGX's proprietary natural gas, crude oil and electricity pricing indices-Develop and implement physical delivery and backstopping contracts and procedures at multiple physical natural gas and crude oil delivery locations across North America-Oversee and develop methodology for daily price settlements of all natural gas, power and crude oil products cleared by NGX-Managed projects aimed at expanding the physical clearing services for NGX clients or minimizing the risk associated with physical gas delivery via trading on NGX

-Fielded incoming customer calls pertaining to technical or software issues as relating to NGX’s proprietary client software and/or desktop and connectivity issues of the 200+ natural gas customers of the Exchange.-Nominated, scheduled, and confirmed all physical transactions performed on the 30 different physical trading hubs consummated on the Natural Gas Exchange to the applicable natural gas pipelines -Monitored the NGX Trading System and day-to-day market trading activity, providing statistical daily summaries and daily settlements of approximately 15000 natural gas products on 50+ different trading hubs -Developed and distribute statistical data queries as requested by clients of NGX.-Acted as an agent for trading natural gas on the NGX Trading System-Verified accuracy of NGX Invoices and published natural gas indices
