ExperienceI have more than nine years’ experience in the industrial sector with focus on building and structure valuations, as well as machinery and equipment-intensive valuations. With expertise in assessment valuation across the western provinces with specialization in industrial property types including Construction Cost Reporting Guide (CCRG) analysis. I also has extensive experience utilizing legislation, costing manuals, field inspections and cost reports in a proactive manner to best meet DMA’s clients’ needs.
