Oversee and directly handle recruiting and sourcing efforts across all areas and regions, including CT, MD, PA, NJ, NY and PA. Develop and implement recruiting strategy, working with Regional Directors and Chief Experience Officer. College and university level recruiting and relationships across all ESF markets: Develop current and new relationships, with goal to build motivated and qualified candidate communities from fields related to our industry (i.e. education, psychology, social work, STEM, arts, sports, aquatics). Lead ESF efforts to build partnerships with area schools, including host schools, to recruit highly experienced teachers, coaches and nurses. Use and develop various ways (current and new) to recruit top candidates, including referral programs, digital efforts and ambassador networks. Working with Regional Directors and Hiring Managers to ensure that all on-boarding and training requirements are completed fully for all team members.

Directly handled full-cycle recruitment & on-boarding of team members, college & university relations, on-campus recruiting, grassroots marketing, customer service, and building relationships within the community in both the Baltimore and Bethesda areas. Most recent role is Regional Recruiter responsible for ESF's sites at Gilman School and The Academy of the Holy Cross (Kensington, MD). Accomplishments include multiple years of full cycle recruiting, on-boarding and leading 100+ experienced summer team members per location (teachers, graduate students, colleges students), along with the training/mentoring of Site Directors.

Primarily responsible (since 1994) for planning, organizing and leading ESF's camp programs offered at Gilman School in Baltimore, MD (for children ages 3-15). Between 2015-2019, assumed Regional Director role and took on similar responsibilities for ESF's programs at Georgetown Prep School in N. Bethesda MD (for children ages 4-15) as well. Accomplishments include multiple years of full cycle recruiting, on-boarding and leading 100+ experienced summer team members per location (teachers, graduate students, colleges students), along with the training/mentoring of Site Directors. During 2017-2019, held dual role of this and Director of Admissions.

Site Director - Each summer, from 1994-2014 (as part of full-time role with ESF), directed ESF’s camp programs held at Gilman School in Baltimore. During the summers of 2015-2019, also fulfilled this role at ESF’s camp location at Georgetown Prep School in N. Bethesda. The role of Site Director requires leadership of staff, teamwork/team-building, daily customer service with camp parents, coordination with our site partner, and implementation of advertised camp program offerings.

Director of Admissions & Enrollment (1994-2014); Director of Admissions (2017-2019) - Directly involved in leading outreach to alumni and prospective camp families across all of our locations in MD, CT, PA, NJ, DE and NY. This requires year-round planning, execution, collaboration and leadership in phone sales & customer service, event planning, website work, email campaigns, production of marketing collateral, and grassroots marketing. These efforts contributed to ESF's consistent growth through the years, including the addition of camp locations and of new program offerings. During 2014-2017 - Admissions efforts focused on Maryland area only. During 2017-2019, held dual role of this and Regional Director.
