I am a sixth-generation Knoxvillian and I created my first website in 1994 from my dorm room at the University of Tennessee. I started New Frame Creative in 2015 after over 20 years experience developing websites, and we've grown from what was basically me freelancing with a fancy name into a full blown marketing agency. In 2018 we opened a retail brick and mortar which is home to our New Frame Focus series of marketing classes and also home to our Ready to Go Video studio which provides professional video production services at a fraction of the cost of our competitors. We've served over 200 clients around the world in only 3 short years, and we've done that with a $0 advertising budget. It's all word of mouth. We're really proud of that, but we're most proud of averaging 0 meetings each year that could have been an email. No small feat!
