• Owner and founder of Victory Closets LLC• 30+ years of experience as a builder and cabinetmakerIn 2013, while designing a wall-mounted sports equipment storage rack for my own home, I found the project evolving into a new type of closet storage system. Through my experience as a builder, I was already familiar with the current options on the market (wire racks, DIY kits and fully custom closets) and knew their limitations. These other closet systems lacked versatility, were difficult to assemble, and were often very expensive.I spent a year engineering and improving my idea for a new type of custom closet system. My goal was to create a parts-based design using premium, durable materials, while keeping it simple, easy to reconfigure and affordable for the average consumer. I also wanted the flexibility to use the system for a variety of storage needs: walk-in and reach-in closets, pantries, mudrooms, linen closets, laundry rooms, and home office storage.Once the system was perfected, I filed for a patent and introduced Victory Closets to the public at the 2014 Philly Home Show.Victory Closets was granted a full utility patent in 2015 from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Our company has installed hundreds of closets and expanded to two locations in Pennsylvania, serving homeowners, builders/remodelers, professional organizers, and interior designers in the Greater Philadelphia area, Susquehanna Valley, Lehigh and Berks Counties, and into New Jersey and Delaware.
