Greg has extensive experience litigating a wide range of civil disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, shareholder/member disputes, commercial leases, breach of fiduciary duty, deceptive practices/business torts, landlord/tenant issues, restrictive covenants, commercial paper, securities and other general business matters.In addition to practicing before various State and Federal courts, Greg also has experience litigating in a variety of arbitration forums, including the American Arbitration Association, FINRA and the Better Business Bureau.
