Overseeing the successful development of youth programs and day camps for the Indian Valley and East Hartford branches of the YMCA of Greater Hartford

Responsible for all youth sports and mentoring programs as well as operation of 225 person day camp.

• Co-direct summer day camp• Train and supervise 15-20 youth and teen staff• Coordinate and facilitate sports, recreational, teambuilding, and educational programs for youth aged 3-17• Supervise and coordinate 25-30 volunteers• Manage youth and teen department budget of $60,000-80,000• Assist in special event facilitation and fundraising• Oversee ropes course and rock wall staff and programs
