Life Experience CollectorMany And Varied Jan 1983 - Dec 1993Mostly Sydney New South WalesA smorgasboard of jobs designed to expand my horizons, build my experience, or just to have fun whilst I tried to figure out what type of work I was best suited to and where I wanted to go with my career and life. This included time working on the family farm in Central West NSW, various driving jobs in Sydney, a couple of stints with Telecom (yes, I can remember a time before it became Telstra) firstly working in a warehouse / delivery role and later in investigations & security assessments, there was a couple of years with the Transport Investigation Branch of the NSW State Rail Authority providing uniformed law enforcement of public transport in Sydney, and also a couple of years working as a “bouncer” at a club in the western suburbs, before returning to the family farm for a 12 month sabbatical. Whilst a gap year is common now before commencing university I needed a gap decade plus GST.
