Began at Cutting Edge as a junior IT technician, started out with the assistance of the new building IT infrastructure build and maintenance. In the first year spent much of my time providing general IT support to users within the building, providing maintenance to the Windows IT infrastructure, mail systems, and file services. Learnt much of my network cabling and design skills. Soon made my way onto reality television series such as Big Brother and I'm a celebrity UK and German series as IT support and soon after IT Support Supervisor.I appreciated the responsibilities handed to me through my time at Cutting Edge.
