Responsibilities include operating, configuring and commissioning downhole wireless communication systems in E&A, production and abandonment wells. During my time with Expro I have assisted in the running and development of new and established product lines, through in-house testing and field deployment, in countries such as Kenya, Norway, Brazil and South Korea. Achieve and maintain communications, apply personal skills, knowledge, supervision and leadership. Command radio telecommunications team and supervise the setting up, operation and maintenance of complex radio telecommunications equipment in line with company policies and operational requirements. Managed and motivated a multi-national team of 10-20 colleagues.Quick decision making and clear communication to the team under fire.Successfully planned and navigated routes on foot and in vehicles in heavily mined territory ensuring the safety of colleagues.Managed the team responsible for security and liaising with local law enforcement, Dealt with local enquiries, medical emergencies and the movements of the local government agencies.Provided instruction in the safe and correct use of secret electronic countermeasures creating a safer environment for colleagues in a very hostile environment.Provided instruction fault finding and maintenance on portable team radio telecommunication systems.Constructed various sky-wave antennas in difficult and confined locations to provide long range high frequency communication from ground units back to HQ elements. Facilitating successful command and control, resupply and casualty evacuation.
