I am passionate about people. Connecting, motivating, and organizing people is one of my greatest passions and interest. In every job I've worked I've been drawn towards making people happy and finding creative solutions to interesting problems. I studied and received a Masters degree in the science of management to better be able to guide and organize workers, with special focus on designing jobs and workflows to maximize engagement and retention for both customers and employees. My Bachelor degree in economics helps me keep my designs grounded and science based, and all of my work experience has been centered around organizing teams to maximize productivity, alongside a smattering of fun talents such as dog wrangling and cake decorating.
