Addressed the academic, vocational and social needs of students within an alternative school setting through individual, group and classroom guidance. More specifically, worked directly with students who lacked either the appropriate social skills, academic ability, or the motivation to be successful within a mainstream school setting.

Lancaster, Pennsylvania Area

Managed all day-to-day aspects of a 34 bed residential facility, supervised up to sixteen employees, marketed the program to juvenile probation departments, crisis intervention, interviewed and screened potential clients and employees, facilitated community outreach programs, prepared and presented reports during board meetings, public speaking.

Supervised a six member clinical team, managed treatment planning and therapy for 34 juveniles, facilitated psycho-educational groups, reviewed clinical reports, collaborated with the consulting psychologist and psychiatrist regarding mental health issues, coordinated and facilitated public speaking engagements, supervised counseling groups, acted as a liaison between school program and clinical program, crisis intervention.
