About Greg Behling
CLI Investments (CLI) provides the NEW STANDARD in leases due to the NEW lease accounting guidelines that became effective on 12-15-18 under FASB, to be effective on 12-15-19 under GASB and on 09-30-20 under FASAB (Federal Government)). The CLI Lease provides 100% of the project costs on single-user facilities, wherein the lessee buys out CLI for $1.00 at the end of the lease term. Due to the $ 1.00 buy-out, the tenant significantly improves its bottom line and Balance Sheet (or Statement of Financial Position) as opposed to a lease without the $ 1.00 buy-out.CLI also provides 100% of project funds for Energy Projects, wherein the power purchaser or off-taker can dramatically reduce its costs in acquiring energy or products in exchange for the energy user or off-taker being CLI's lessee or lease guarantor.
