My name is Gregory Michael Behling. I am currently self employed . I am a contractor and a real estate professional (agent and investor). Everyday, I strive to get better and gain more knowledge, as I am consistently working on self development through podcast and books. I am a driven action taker. I formally worked for Mylan Pharmaceuticals as a Senior HPLC chemist. Prior to Mylan, I worked at Sears Holdings as a sales consultant while I studied at California University of Pennsylvania. I graduated in 2013 with a chemistry major and a mathematics minor. At Mylan, my career started as a chemist I. Through my 7 year journey, I was promoted to a Chemist II and then to a Senior chemist role. Additionally, I earned a Team lead role and managed a team of Chemist to ensure the 200+ drug portfolio of active pharmaceutical ingredients were scheduled and tested for potency and purity prior to manufacturing, mitigating the business risk. The job was high paced and demanding, as we met manufacturing needs and pivoted goals/directives when resources were limited, all while maintaining compliance to global regulations. The job demanded perfection due to a highly regulated industry and our commitment of high quality pharmaceuticals to our customers. At Sears, I was a full commissioned sales consultant. I committed to provide a superior client experience with integrity and honesty. As the youngest associate in the appliance department, I consistently lead sales in both products and services. In addition, not only did I pride myself in ensuring the customers were satisfied during the point of sale but I ensured their satisfaction was maintained after the point of the sale, as I handled any product and delivery concerns swiftly. Software programs I have experience with include empower 3, Lims, and TrackWise. I am extremely experienced with a HPLC and UPLC instrument. Other instruments and techniques include: Titration, NMR, UV-VIS, GC, FTIR, Column Chromatography, and TLC. Basic software knowledge and skills. I am a very passionate and ambitious individual. I research and work to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to overcome any challenge/goal. In my spare time, I enjoy skiing, playing hockey, working out at the gym, and spending time with my friends and family. I have bern blessed with a beautiful wife and a daughter.
