Greg provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, sales, disposals, joint ventures, reorganizations, corporate finance and public offerings for a wide range of clients. In addition Greg has experience in dealing with corporate law and governance including advising on company secretarial duties, directors duties and shareholder rights.Past ExperiencesGreg used to be a local youth councillor and was elected as a youth member of parliament.Greg learned to speak conversational French fluently while he worked as a lumberjack in the Southern Alps during his year out. This role required an ability to carry out complex manual jobs, and use heavy machinery with ease. He learned new technical and communication skills in this (often hectic) environment. This role illustrated his flexibility and willingness for hard work.
