Current• Develop and implement a business plan, marketing plan and work schedule. Utilizing personal brand marketing through website exposure, direct mail marketing campaigns, cold-calling and person-to-person contact, prospect for and follow-up with buyer and seller leads. Conduct buyer and seller marketing presentations using Microsoft Power Point.• Effectively negotiate and execute all aspects of the purchase and sales contract between buyer and seller. Communicate with the clients and all related professionals involved. Track and monitor the contract timeline to insure the conditions and time sensitive milestones are completed. Work cohesively with all parties to circumvent issues that may arise and minimize delays to close the transaction as scheduled and agreed to. Deliver possession pursuant to terms of contract.• Create a custom marketing plan for each property type. Design custom home flyers, brochures, postcards, and business cards. Write ad copy for web pages and print advertising. Prepare open house schedule, advanced marketing and neighborhood invitations.
