I am the past President of Local 772 of the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) and now supporting the Local as an advisor on regulatory matters concerning Operating Engineers.I am the Labour representative on the Advisory Council for Operating Engineers at the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) and a Technical Committee member with the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) developing a new Plant Rating Standard (B56) for Canada.
