Consulting services to support and run IT procurement services, provide a WAN strategy, standardised WAN services across the city, migrate data to cloud type services, mobile telephony services and a range of IT services during the Council’s transition period as they moved to an agile work environment. In general, the work was conducted on site 3 days per week and WFH 2 days per week, for 2 resources and included the following activities;• Develop and release RFTs, RFQs and proposals for IT products and services, including managed IT services.• Develop draft contracts including SLAs• Liaise with stakeholders (Council transiting to agile work practices) • Assist program manager with tracking various budgets.• Work with suppliers for the provision of IT services.All tenders and contracts completed and were handed over to the incoming full time staff.
