As a senior developer at Tribalgroup I became part of the Edge SMS product team utilising many of the existing skills developed during my software development career and taking a lead role in coordination of the daily SCRUM activities in my Edge SMS product team. From early 2002 to 2003 I was located on site at Charles Darwin University (formally Northern Territory University) assisting with the implementation of the Callista SMS.My primary role was to design, develop and create the data migration for the Advanced Standing, Course and Unit versions, and Enrollments subsystems.Working on-site with the CDU Callista implementation team, I was given valuable insight into the real, on the ground work our customers perform on a daily basis.It also gave me the chance to see and work with a large established and respected University.
