I run the shipping in receiving department at Reineke Ford in Findlay Ohio. My duties include checking in all of the parts orders in the morning that come from the Ford warehouse and then taking and putting the orders together for the shop and then for outside sales. I put away the stock inventory from the orders I also receive several outside vendor orders throughout the day UPS, FedEx, etc that I then process to there correct locations people and departments. I keep track of all of the warranty claims and cores to go through weekly for the dealerships core return program which is picked up every 4 weeks. I am the certified tow-motor operator for the dealership so when anything needs moved via tow motor I am the operator. I also process and send out all of the daily ups orders for all eleven of the dealerships finance departments plus handle any of the dealerships other ups needs . I also clean and organize the warehouse itself along with removal of all the trash and cardboard etc. to the appropriate dumpsters. I coordinate the daily delivery driver for outside sales via locations, part counts, etc. and am in constant communication with said driver to make sure orders are getting to the customers in a timely fashion while also delivering parts myself form time to time to make sure the orders are processed and timely.

I am a lube technician in the quick lane. My responsibility included completing multi point inspections on all makes and models of vechicles that come into the drive. Complete oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacement, electrical trouble shooting and repair of all lighting systems. I also do tire repairs and or replacements, brake pads and rotors as well as calipers. Light suspension repair and replacement tie rods, control arms, sway bars links, etc. I also complete fluid flushes brakes, coolant, power steering,radiator,transmission etc. I also assist the main shop technicians with various larger jobs that come into the shop as well.

I was a command center officer starting November of 2011 and a lead officer starting January of 2012. I am certified in Lenel, first aid, CPR and I was on the confined space rescue team. I was a lead officer every Sunday for two years plus on many occasions during the week. I was a senior officer on first shift and a training officer on the weekends. Since June 2013 worked as a Lenel Associate working with the IT maintenance of the in house security system. Maintain the Onguard security system used by the facility, trouble shoot problems with cameras an alarm points. As well as create all of the photo ids for all of the new employees and contractors.
