Supported applications for the 401k plan, Annual Benefits Report, and Retirement projections. Assumed sole technical support of the Annual Benefits Report from a long-time employee who was retiring. This highly visible report went to every employee as well as the top executives and reflected a current picture of their benefit choices and balances as well as projections of benefits to the ages of 55, 62, and 65. I also took on the RACF security functions for our department.
