This process provides for the full tracking of instruments and implants from the warehouse to the surgery and return. The process makes use of barcodes and IoT technology to efficiently identify, pack and ship items needed for surgeries and eliminate costs due to missing, misdirected, and discarded instruments and implants. • Developed a standardized interface for the exchange of manufacturer data and order information between the workSmart! SaaS application and manufacturer ERP systems. This results in an approximate seventy-five percent reduction in the time needed for the implementation of an electronic interface that meets manufacturer needs.• Achieved full ship acceptance for the completed design and implementation of electronic order interfaces with five medical implant manufacturers thus allowing orders to be submitted over the internet to the manufacturers’ order management systems, increasing order accuracy, and reducing order cycle time and manpower requirements.• Completed company SAS70 Certification for 2009 and 2010 and SSAE16/18 Type 2 SOC 1 Certification for 2011 through 2019.• Established Quality Assurance test procedures for the hand held and web SaaS applications which has resulted in very few escaping defects and extremely stable system. -

This allows real-time measurement of cell phone and wireless network performance. -
Section ManagerMotorola Feb 1999 - Aug 2002Bothell, Wa• Recruited and developed a high performance team of 19 software engineers that developed Telematics and Bluetooth software for two generations of Motorola cell phones, resulting in over $100 million in sales.• Spearheaded and enforced the creation and approval of a Telematics Portable Feature Requirements Document. This was the first such document in 10 years of Telematics portable development, and reduced feature creep and late feature additions during integration by over 80%, and became the standard reference for defining functionality for new customer projects.• Proposed and wrote marketing requirements specification for the use of a common accessory interface software module for use in all Motorola cell phones. This project is expected to reduce accessory interface development costs by at least two-thirds over the next few years.• Contributed to communication protocol design activities, technology evaluations, software design and code reviews, high-level software architecture definition and defect analysis. -
