As an Engineering Supervisor . I lead and manage a small team of technicians to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the plant and equipment. I have over 30 years of experience in the food and manufacturing industry, working with various types of machinery and systems, such as bakery, meat slicing, packaging, biscuit, and fiberglass production.I am a fully qualified, electrically biased, multi-skilled technician, who completed a full apprenticeship at Warburton's, where I worked for nearly two decades. I have a can-do attitude and a passion for making things work, learning new skills, and mastering new challenges. I have also gained valuable experience in setting up a maintenance department and implementing a preventive maintenance system. My goal is to apply my expertise and knowledge to contribute to the success and growth of any Industry i take a role within.
