Main responsibilities involve booking, staffing and managing all of the annual Bohemian Hall & Beer Garden events (which include but not limited to all company, birthday, anniversary, wedding, bridal/baby shower events, etc.) as well as the day to day management of the FOH/BOH staff at one of the oldest and historically recognized Bohemian Hall & Beer Garden in the United States!!! * Managed a department of three employees as well as the day to day job order activity and team productivity of a newly created Hospitality vertical.* Responsible for driving revenue and bringing in new Hospitality business accounts which resulted in billing over $1.3 million dollars in 2019.* Oversaw and maintained existing client accounts.* Negotiated bill rates and secured contracts with clients.* Sourced, recruited and staffed all levels of customer service employees to work at trade shows, eventsand conferences, hotels, hospitals, and schools in and around Manhattan.* Worked with the Operations team to ensure clients’ needs and timelines were met for each request.* Responsible for ensuring all employee onboard paperwork (W4 & i9) was filled out, processed, andcompleted properly.
