Ten Years with Bartlett Enterprises. Originally hired as lead programmer I was also tasked with creating a CAD/CAM department. Within one year I was promoted to Mill department lead. I have continued to create unique and custom fixturing, when needed as well as produce prototype parts. I have continued to use and learn Mastercam, currently working with Ver. X7. I have assisted with starting a second shift as well as training new hires.

Sixteen years with Valley Machine Service. Beginning in September 1988 with B&H Machine. In January 1992. The business was acquired by Spiering enterprises and changed to Valley Machine Service Was hired as an entry level employee. Began with drilling holes on a drill press. I was fortunate to have worked with and then be trained by a couple of experienced journeyman machinist. Starting with the basics on a manual mill and lathe, and working my way up to running production on CNC equipment. I took the initiative to learn Bridgeport Ezcam. After switching to another CAM system and receiving some instruction, I became lead mill programmer using Mastercam. I was instrumental in setting up documentation and a filing system for both programs, information and fixturing. Over the years I have helped encourage and train many employees.
