Meet GREG:Greg's passion for fitness, his experience as a soldier in Iraq, and the rapidly growing number of servicemen & servicewomen that are exhibiting debilitating signs of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) have him on a new mission. Research is providing increasing evidence that exercise is highly effective in addressing many of the unfortunate symptoms of PTSD. Exercise in conjunction with traditional treatment methods can provide the means for those suffering from combat related PTSD to retake control of their lives, be proud of their service, be productive civilians and once again enjoy normal, healthy relationships with their family, friends and coworkers.Greg's efforts as a fitness trainer continue to focus on functional fitness via functional exercises to allow people to rebuild and/or maintain a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life positions, and not just lifting a certain amount of weight in an idealized posture created by a weight machine.
