I am excited to re-join Wells Fargo Bank in July 2021 to help build a brand new, Mid-Corporate business with many partners I formerly worked with in Corporate, Middle Market and Investment Banking lines of business. Previously at Wells Fargo for over 17 years, I focused coverage on Large-Cap Consumer & Retail clients located throughout the country. Originally, I led the Business Development efforts for Wells Fargo’s most successful Southwest-based middle market team.The target market for the new Wells Fargo Mid-Corporate business includes larger clients with complex business strategies and capital structure needs requiring sophisticated corporate finance advisory capabilities and access to robust credit and capital market solutions. This business provides acquisition finance and bridge underwriting, investment banking and capital market transactions, treasury management products, derivative hedging and other non-credit products.Previously, I led outstanding, highly experienced teams of bankers at Bank of Texas as well as Amegy Bank of Texas serving sizable portfolios of attractive corporate clients.I've spent over 25 years working closely with corporate (and investment) banking and middle market companies to provide capital structure, financing, treasury management and a wide variety of other solutions for sizable owner-managed as well as mid- and large-cap public companies primarily in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth region as well as across the country.
