Responsible for upgrading Lids.com to use Interworld’s Commerce Exchange Platform CE 3.15 which was awarded one of the top 25 E- Commerce sites by Internet Retailer magazine and integrating the site with our WMS system and Retek Retail system. Responsible for integrating the site with partners including Akamai, Cyber Source, Store Runner, Inceptor, Stored Value Systems, and Retail Resources. Developed backup and restore procedures for Lids.com using Microsoft SQL 7.0 and responsible for the integrity of the databases. I have extensive stored procedure and DTS experience with SQL 7.0 and the FTP protocol for uploading/downloading files to our clients.I coordinated and communicated changes to the website between developers and management including our E-Comm and Customer Care teams.I configured the company’s Email server and software to bring our Email in house to bring down the cost of distributing bulk email to our HeadFirst customers.Responsible for all documentation to the site and the handling of program requests and bug fixes.Duties include running reports for the site using Microsoft Access and making sure the site is up 24-7, 365.I helped train and manage the html designer’s responsibilities on Lids.com.

Duties included maintenance of COBOL, CL, and PC programs.I wrote an automated retail pricing program that used percentages based on the class the particular food item was in.I trained new computer operators on how to use the AS/400 and how to prints reports and use the communications PC to transfer files to our customer base.I wrote a manual and created standards for future operators to follow.I was back-up operator for both day and night shifts.
