We have been the only contractor needed for both our residential and commercial customers for the last 12 yrs. It’s easier for customers to call one contractor to complete their whole project instead of calling multiple or “speciality” contractors to get only one item of their project complete. We prefer to handle the whole project so if an issue of any kind occurs then we alone are responsible for resolving it and our customers love only have one company to deal with for scheduling, materials, labor, etc. along with having only one company to contact for any issues that may arise. As we all know, when remodeling existing structures there can be unexpected issues that will inevitably occur and most of the time, when you have multiple companies working on different aspects of one project, then one company will try to pass the problem, blame, and extra costs to the next, or anyone else they can but Quality First Contracting and our customers don’t experience these problems since we handle everything which saves our customers from experiencing these issues and therefore saves them a lot of time, aggravation, and money.
