At its heart I thrive on hard problems that require a mix of people and technology to solve. Often problems like slow delivery times, high escaped defect rates and platform instability present as people problems. Very rarely have I come across people that just don’t care or are inept. Most often people are working as hard as they can but have not looked at the system they work in.
