As the Vice President, Executive Producer of the Tokyo Portfolio, I provided strategic leadership for the development and implementation of new themed entertainment projects in Japan for Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, and the Tokyo Disney Resort Hotels. I worked with Disney’s Japanese business partner, the Oriental Land Company (OLC), to help establish the 5 and 10 year master plan for the Tokyo Resort and develop strategies for each project’s casting, design, production, and implementation.

Functional leader for organization, blending creative design and delivery disciplines from both the Creative and Show D&P divisions into one group. Organization includes disciplines/directorates of Concept Design, Dimensional Design, Production Design, Show Systems, Show Art, Animation, and Show D&P Management.
