• Manage, design, track, start up and commission multiple projects based on sales scope of $250,000 or less.• Analyze plans, specifications, and contract to determine system requirements. • Create, execute and track project change orders.• Create customer invoices and track payments.• Design building automation systems consisting of mechanical system layouts, electrical drawings, bill of materials, sequence of operations, valve and damper schedules, DDC panel layouts to meet the intent of the based on project plans, specifications and contract documents. Tools utilized include AutoCAD 2008, Microsoft Office.• Select products, sizes, types, and location placement to ensure products meet specification requirements.• Design building automation network architecture to support operator workstations, DDC field panels, third party integration devices connected through LON, Ethernet, Siemens P2, Modbus or BACNET.• Create automation system database and job related programming for computer-based building control systems.• Troubleshoot system issues including identifying and debugging software, electrical or pneumatic and installation problems.• Organize and maintain the job folder and updates pertinent job related information. Prepare engineering re-estimate reports, minimize and justify cost variances.• Perform the programming, start-up, checkout, commissioning and validation processes of projects.• Create specialized commissioning procedures as required by project specifications.• Participate in job site final walk-through on assigned jobs, completes all job closeout documentation and provides customer training.• Provide technical resource to existing customers and field employees as needed.• Coordinates work with subcontractors.
