Wrote and modified programs and job streams relating to producing direct marketing mail pieces using TSO/ISPF, PANVALET, SYNCSORT, COBOL, JCL, MVS/XA, and QUICK (in house language).

Supervised quality control in the print shop, including final quality check of mail pieces before delivery and releasing print jobs to run in production.
