• Led the production department of 12 Construction Managers and oversaw all day to day operations of field production throughout the Kansas City metro in 35 communities.• Increased production from building/selling 41 homes in 2010 to 180 homes in 2013, averaging a 65% increase each year. • Led the company in developing the Green Build Advantage program and recognition as a leader in green building science both in Kansas City and nationally.• Interviewed, hired, and dismissed all production employees. Build jobs were written with a 5 ½ - 6 month contract from day of signing to closing. • Average homes were 2,500 sq. ft. of finished area plus basement. Base homes prices ranged from $230K - $365K, not including the lot.
