Procurement of goods in support of The Jamul Indian Village Development Corporation (dba: Jamul Casino). First hand experience opening a brand new Casino. Although starting out as the General Buyer, I was able to step in and assist with F&B Buying when the original Buyer left prior to opening. I assumed my role as the General Buyer once the new Food Buyer was hired. I am responsible for Identifying Vendors and procuring all goods and services in support of all Departments. Years of experience in Tribal Gaming regulations as it pertains to procurement of goods, services, and Licensing of Vendors. Very strong Vendor base with positive results. Experience using Stratton Warren Procurement Software. Recently finished rebranding Casino in less than six weeks. Assisted in approximately seventy projects property wide. I found it to be a challenging, fast paced experience. Very rewarding to step back at the end and really appreciate what we accomplished as a team!

Procurement of goods and services in support of the Viejas band of Mission Indians / Viejas Casino & Resort. Experience in General Merchandise, then moved to Equipment & supplies, Buffet expansions, Kitchen remodels, and Facilities services in support of the Food & Beverage Department. I met with Kitchen Equipment Contractors to finalize all equipment specifications for new and remodeled venues. I often worked with Projects Development to source products. I was involved in building, planning of a Hotel and a regulation Bowling alley. I have experience in planning and installation for bar venues. It included glycol packs, trunk lines, wall penetrations, cocktail stations, pour sytems, and glassware. I was cross- trained in consuables disposables, Beer, Wine & spirits for 13 years.
