Overseer of hardware development lab. Hardware failure analysis of customer returns, implemented BOM changes to development hardware, and learned an awful lot about plumbing. Created test beds based on hot tub plumbing and pump systems including creating test manifolds for sensor test using standard hot tub plumbing parts. Installed test hardware in employee hosted hot tubs which involved cutting test ports into existing hot tub plumbing. Developed a hardware test lab with high flow manifold in order to test longevity of sensors in an accelerated end of life hardware test. I broke a lot of hardware and had a lot of fun doing it.
