I designed and managed implementation of training program evaluation system. Used scientific surveys, focus groups, semi-structured interviews and direct observation to create formative and summative evaluation data. In partnership with the Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management at Robert Morris University, prepared issue papers and consulted on design and implementation of local work groups focused on creative strategies for nonprofits to foster civic engagement.I worked with Leadership Pittsburgh, the Forbes Funds and Grantmakers of Western Pennsylvania to create a Town Hall dialogue on civic engagement.
