Broad experience from working in Product Engineering for 18 years, then in the production environment as a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer for 5 years, and now as a Field Service Engineer (Quality) for over 10 years. In this capacity I have been responsible for reviewing product quality in the field and reporting back any product defects, and in-turn working with Production on corrective action for any reportable defects. I have become the Microsoft SharePoint Administrator for our department and have created many InfoPath forms, as well as Workflows, to help streamline processes. I am always look for the next big challenge to keep my skill set up to date with the continuing changes in the software field.
