What surprises me is how often effective communication is overlooked.Two principles have guided my life. The first is that the harder one works, the more likely one is to be successful. The second is that one should always treat other people with respect. One must give respect to earn respect.The most valuable advice given to me early in my career was always to listen and be willing to learn. By listening to my more experienced coworkers, I could learn what I needed to become successful in my role. Constant learning helps me be more efficient and add value to my clients.I love meeting people and developing relationships. I'm inspired when surrounded by hard workers who are passionate about what they do.
