After working abroad for two years, I returned home and decided to shift my career focus from Joinery to customer service. This transition allowed me to discover my passion for helping others and ensuring positive experiences for every individual I interact with.For the past two years, I have been at B&M Waste Services I have gained extensive knowledge of the waste management industry. My customer service background has greatly enhanced my ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring efficient and effective waste management solutions.I am dedicated to continually improving processes and delivering exceptional service, backed by my commitment to industry best practices and regulatory compliance. My goal is to leverage my skills and experiences to contribute to sustainable waste management and provide top-notch service to all.
