Roy Hill Rail / Western Turner Project – Rio Tinto site• Manage the Safety requirements for the projects. Western Turner consisted of 3 projects (Earthworks Package; Concrete Package and Nanutarra Road Diversion) with an estimated value of $450 million dollars and 700 people at it’s peak.• Manage / Mentor / Teach 5 HSE Advisors at Roy Hill and 11 HSE Advisors at Roy Hill • Work with Management to provide current HSE compliance and teach/mentor on-site Supervisors on HSE compliance. • Liaise with client on all Safety Issues including regular meetings• Incident Reports: Conduct investigations, Write and Formalize reports and conduct ICAM and Taproots• Audit compliance to procedures and process.• Conduct audits on compliance to safety standards/legislation along with the clients and NRW standards • Conduct weekly/daily inspections.• Conduct training sessions / inductions. This included HSE for Supervisors; JHA; Take 5; Hazard Identification; Risk Management.• Conduct BAC testing• Manage and develop safety systems / risk assessments in-line with specific tasks to be preformed• Manage / Mentor / Teach Safety Representatives.• Develop / Review CRAW for projects
